BOENMED manufactures Tyvek Sterilization Pouch. Our Tyvek sterilization pouch is single pre-cut and available in heat seal and self seal, designed for optimal use in low-temperature sterilization methods.

• The sterilization pouches are made of Tyvek material and covered with a transparent multilayer copolymer PET/PE.
• Water-based and non-toxic process indications to differentiate between treated and untreated packages.
• Tyvek Sterilization Pouch offers superior tear strength and puncture resistance to microbial penetration, even from the irregular or sharp edges of many surgical devices.
• Thumb notches at each end make the filling and opening of a pack easier
• High sealing and easy peel with a minimum of fiber tear. This clean peel of Tyvek pouches minimizes the risk of introducing particulates into a clean environment.
• Durable, lightweight and flexible
• 3 types could be chosen: 2FS, 1059B, 1073B uncoated Tyvek web + Transparent multilayer PE/PET copolymer film.
• Widely compatible with all major methods: Plasma, EO, Gamma, Formaldehyde, E-beam, Steam (under controlled conditions), and low-temperature oxidative sterilization.
• Size and indicator can be customized upon request.
