BOENMED manufactures Heat Sealing Sterilization Gusseted Roll. The gusseted sterilization roll is suitable for monitoring the disinfection of small and large objects across multiple sterilization processes, including wet autoclave (Steam), ethylene oxide (EO), and formaldehyde (FORM).
Features & Benefits:
• Our sterilization gusseted roll has minimum medical grade paper of 60 grams per square meter on one side and transparent polymer on the other, which has a porosity of no greater than 0.1 micron.
• Exclusively designed with gusset for the packing of bulky items.
• Sealed by heat, allowing a hermetic closure and easy opening.
• Excellent gas permeability and microbial barrier properties
• Easy recognition of content by the multi-layer transparent film.
• Non-toxic and accurate process indicators
• Three independent seal lines
• Reliable tensile strength
• The sterilization roll does not give lusts, threads, or fibers during use.
• Resistant to traction, pinches, abrasions, breaking, and handling.
• Easily sealed with all sealing machines
• Manufactured under validated production process
