BOENMED manufactures Tyvek Sterilization Reels. The Tyvek plasma sterilization reel is an ideal sterilization packaging product for your products which must be very specially sterilized. It's especially appropriate for PO and GAIMA sterilization processes.
Features & Benefits:
• These sterilization bags are made of film sealed with Tyvek, compatible with various sterilization methods.
• 3 types could be chosen: 2FS, 1059B, 1073B uncoated Tywek web + Transparent multilayer PE/PET copolymer film
• Tyvek Flat Roll Pouch guarantees exceptional resistance to microbial penetration, tearing, and perforation, with excellent peelability.
• It is preferred in low-temperature sterilization due to its porous structure.
• Easy peel and high sealing
• Durable, light weight and flexible
• It is also the first option for gas sterilization, as Tyvek hardly absorbs any toxic gases.
• The reel offers suitable packaging solutions for various medical devices with its wide range of sizes.
• Accurate indicators on the reel show a clear color change after the sterilization cycle.
• Suitable for Plasma, ETO, Formaldehyde, Gamma sterilization
