BOENMED® CV-Split Drape
BOENMED manufactures CV-Split Drape. CV-Split Drape is a comprehensive draping system designed for the most complex cardiovascular surgeries, particularly those requiring access to both the chest and a leg.
Functions:
Creates Dual Sterile Fields: The split design establishes separate, large sterile zones for the primary surgical site and a secondary site.
Manages Fluids Across a Wide Area: The top-absorbent and split reinforcements work together to manage high-volume fluid runoff from multiple sites across the patient's body.
Secures a Long, Water-Tight Seal: The exceptionally long adhesive strip creates a critical, secure seal along the patient's side and leg, preventing fluid migration.
Anchors and Organizes Complex Setups: The clipping tabs and hook-and-loop closures provide robust attachment points for securing other drapes and managing the extensive tubing and lines characteristic of heart surgery.
