BOENMED® CV-Side Drape
BOENMED manufactures CV-Side Drape. CV-Side Drape is a specialized surgical drape designed for Cardiovascular (CV) surgeries, particularly those involving the patient's side or leg.
Functions:
Creates a Long, Sterile Pathway: The extremely long and narrow absorbent reinforcement is designed to create a sterile channel from a primary surgical site to a secondary site, managing fluids along this entire path.
Secures a Dependable Seal: The adhesive along the reinforced edge creates a water-tight seal against the patient's skin along the length of the drape, preventing fluid from leaking to non-sterile areas.
Organizes Complex Equipment: The hook-and-loop line holders are essential for securing the multiple lines, cords, and tubes (such as for a heart-lung machine or monitoring) used in lengthy cardiovascular procedures.
