The test tube is typically made of Borosilicate glass.
These testing tubes comes with flat bottom, uniform wall thickness and screw cap.
The caps are fabricated from a special formula resistant to the effects of temperature and steam in autoclaving.
Polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE) interface or silicone interface are avaiable to provide a sure and highly inert sealing face.
The white marking spot is available to give an excellent surface for pencil notations.
Screw cap facilitate handling and make the tube leak proof.
