BOENMED Manufactures Split Gauze. Split gauze is a highly absorbent woven gauze sponge made of 100% high-quality pure cotton yarn after degreasing and bleaching. It is used around the drainage area to protect it from irritation and help keep patients dry and comfortable. Available in types of sterilization and non-sterilization.
Advantages:
1. 100% cotton drain sponge is absorbent and naturally breathable.
2. Tightly woven into fenestrated shape for user convenience, eliminating the need for scissors and conserving nursing time.
3. Pre-cut notch conforms to the contour of drains, catheters, IVs and tracheostomy tubes.
4. Softness and skin-friendly.
5. No binding agents and optical brighteners.
6. Not made with natural rubber latex
Application:
1. Sterile Cotton Drain Gauze is primarily used for cannula fixation or coverage in trach.
2. This fenestrated gauze can absorb exudate from wounds and effectively control bleeding during surgery.

Pre-cut shape: Y-cut, V-cut, I-cut, etc.
